View camera lenses are designed with both focal length and coverage in mind - a 300mm lens may give a different angle of view (either over 31° or over 57°) depending on whether it was designed to cover a 4Ã-5 or 8Ã-10 image area.

As the angle of view changes, so too will the expanse of background you will see behind your subject. With a wide angle lens, you will see a vast amount of whatever is back there. With the narrow angle of view of a telephoto you will see less.

Live View is well on its way to becoming a must-have feature on DSLRs. However, it is a young technology and different manufacturers have different ideas of what it is supposed to be used for.

View Cameras
Not too many photographers start with a 4x5" view camera, but that is rather a shame. View cameras are the most flexible cameras, usually made from a basic design that has not changed for over 100 years.

View camera
A camera with movements in which the taking lens forms an image directly on a ground-glass viewing screen. A film holder is inserted in front of the ground glass for exposure.

View Camera

a camera with an adjustable back and the lens board, a film holder section that tilts vertically or horizontally, and a lens board that moves up, down, or to the side for distortion control.

View By: Lets you choose how images are viewed. Options are All, Date, or Album.
Album: Adds images to an image album, created on a computer with the camera's interface software.

A 20mm view cropped in will result in the same perspective as one taken with a 200mm lens, provided that the shooting location did not change.

When you view a slideshow, have you ever experienced photos going by too quick and missing what you just viewed? Your audience needs to see and process the photos in you slideshow in order to enjoy and remember it.

35 mm format dimensions are 24mm x 36mm, the diameter is roughly 43.27mm.

The Live View Mode
