Put a washer inside the bottle cap and then put the bolt through the washer and the bottle cap. The way you will be pushing it through is from the inside of the cap.

These can be great fundraisers for teams and schools. Take a good photo of your child's school, add a cute quote and they'll sell. These come in a variety of sizes, colors, and materials. Most are dishwasher and microwave safe.
Those that are fired are permanent and even dishwasher safe. Since they require special printers and a kiln, you'll need to find a service to do this for you. Usually there are minimum quantities required.
Wettstein says he's open to orders, but he views his role in the process as more of a consultant than a manufacturer. "It's more like having your kitchen remodeled than buying a dishwasher," he says.
