Alyssum are grown from seed. They can be directly seeded into your flower garden or seeded indoors for transplanting later. If planting outdoors, sow them after the soil has begun to warm in the spring.

Comments: Sweet Alyssum is an excellent low growing plant useful for edging. The plants grow best in cool weather. Provide full sun and a well-drained soil. In July or August, when the plants are starting to go to seed, they may be sheared back.
