Arrow arum leaves are arrowhead-shaped. They typically are 10 to 12 inches long and half as wide. The leaf underside is whitish with three prominent veins. Its leaves are clustered on long succulent stalks, that can be three feet long.

Bengal Arum is an aroid distributed throughout India. This strange plant has very narrow 3 ft flower heads emerging before leaves in spring, then unfurl into only kind of narrow, with intricate maroon and cream patterning.
