Chilean glory vine or glory flower (Eccremocarpus). 8-12 feet. Narrow 1-inch long tubular flowers, in eye-catching combinations of orange, red, pink, and yellow (depending on the species) with delicate foliage, resemble honeysuckle.

I'll admit to having had no luck growing this wonderful giant feather palm, but must mention the amazing specimen in Rock Hill, SC, planted in 1993 by palm collector Tamar Myers.

Osmorhiza chilensis and Osmorhiza depauperata are wispy, very delicate plants easily over-looked even though they are very common. They grow singly, as in this picture, or in large colonies lining trails.

Carpobrotus chilensis. Ice plant or tea fig. Known in places as Hottentot fig. Succulent perennial ground cover. Very common as such. Introduced, naturalized in Bermuda, Pacific and central coast of America ,Mexico, Chile, etc.

Jubaea chilensis (Chilean wine palm): Hardy to about -14°C (7°F), but it will not tolerate cold, windy situations. In mild areas, it can develop an erect trunk to about 5m (16ft) but is very slow growing.

Salpiglossis sinuata is a beautiful half-hardy annual from Chile with dainty 2 to 3-ft. Branching stems and many trumpet-shaped flowers of crimson, scarlet, violet, yellow, ivory to buff, usually patterned with gold.

The Latin term Araucaria is derived from the name of a Chilean tribe who inhabited a region where another Araucaria species was first discovered.
