Erysimum baeticum is an annual to perennial herb endemic to some mountains in the SE of Spain.

It has richly coloured blooms which like many 'perennial' Erysimum cultivars changes colours almost from hour to hour.
The flowers open from deep blue black buds to a deep lustrous red fading to a paler red as the blooms age.
