Broad Leaved Helleborine is a herb up to 60-100 cm tall. Leaves spreading, ovate to ovate-lanceolate. Inflorescence normally densely many-flowered, up to 25 cm long. Bracts lanceolate, lower exceeding flowers, the upper decreasing in size.
