Milkvetch

Whited’s milkvetch is a white-flowered, perennial herb belonging to the pea and bean family (Leguminosae).

Plant Type: This is a herbaceous plant which can reach 13cm in height (5inches). It has hairy sprawling stems that run along the ground for up to 50cm (20").

Milkvetch is a perennial found throughout northern and southwestern China and northern North America. It is a perfect plant for cold, and arid to semi-arid regions with poor or saline soils.
