Pyracantha
Commonly called firethorn, this shrub bears clusters of red, orange, or yellow berries that are the size of peas. Glossy foliage is evergreen (semievergreen in cold-winter climates).

Pyracantha atalantioides

Arching and vigorous evergreen shrub with shiny green leaves. White flowers are borne in corymbs in spring; yellow berries follow blooms. Reaches up to 20 feet tall and about 12 feet wide.

Pyracantha is a broadleaf evergreen plant with leaves that do not change color in the winter months. The leaves, which are narrow elliptic, are typically a dark green and slightly glossy. The foliage gives the plant a fine texture.
