A pregnancy outside of the uterus, usually in the Fallopian tube.

Dyspareunia - Painful intecourse, especially in the female. The pain varies from mild to severe and can make sexual intercourse impossible for affected individuals. Symptoms may be a sign of cervical or uterine cancer.
Dystocia - Diificult labor.

A significantly higher number of women in group A resumed sexual intercourse by 6 weeks post partum than among the other groups, and women in groups A and B tended to have less dyspareunia on the first postpartum intercourse.

Dyspareunia, or pain with sex, is also a frequent first complaint of women with endometriosis.

About 1 in 5 (18%) of women report dyspareunia (sexual intercourse that is uncomfortable or painful) when their baby is three months old. This number is the same for women having a VBAC or a repeat caesarean.
