Hormone testing. Hormone testing may be recommended, as certain hormones increase and decrease in production at various times in the monthly cycle.

Fertility/hormone testing? Is it just a "oh, you haven't got pregnant, tough luck"? Maybe they'd better put stuff in place to stop people having lots of antenatal care and births on the NHS even though they get [...] ...

The best prevention is to withhold hCG administration and prevent ovulation when ultrasound or hormone testing indicates a high risk for severe OHSS.
