Exercise decreased ultimate birth rates by negatively impacting three of four key stages of the IVF process: increased cancelled cycles because there were no eggs to harvest, implantation failure, and miscarriage after embryo transfer.

They found that women with the highest levels of PCB 153 and total PCBs had twice the risk of implantation failure, compared with women with the lowest levels.

Women/men with history of chemotherapy or radiation therapy.
Repeated IVF failures.
Women with repeated implantation failure/uterine disorder (endometriosis).
Men with testicular cancer.
Men without sperm.
No partner.
