Q. Is there really a way to accurately estimate the weight of a baby while in utero? If so, how is it figured? I've heard most estimates by ultrasound in the third trimester are inaccurate.

In Utero: Inside the uterus.
Isoimmunization: Development of antibodies directed at the red blood cells of the baby in utero. This happens when an Rh negative woman gives birth to an Rh positive baby. It will not effect the first pregnancy or be a problem if the baby is also Rh Negative.
