Sperm motility, progressive motility, membrane integrity, and acrosome status were evaluated at collection, after cooling, and at 0, 2, 4, and 6h post-thaw. Sperm DNA integrity was evaluated at 0 and 6h post-thaw.

Increase Sperm Count, Mobility, and Motility
Men, we have our own priorities when it comes to conceiving and trying for a baby, we need to consider our own male fertility health.

Motility -- The measurement of motion and forward progression of sperm in a semen analysis.
MRI -- See Magnetic Resonance Imaging.

MOTILITY: The ability of sperm to swim. Poor motility means that the sperm have a difficult time swimming toward their destination, the egg.
OLIGOMENORRHEA: Infrequent menstrual periods.
OLIGOZOOSPERMIA: Low sperm count.

Sperm motility: The sperm's ability to readily swim forward to fertilize the egg. Also referred to as sperm mobility.
Stillbirth: Fetal death that occurs after 20 weeks gestation.

Sperm motility: The ability of sperm to move and swim quickly.
Spider veins: Small red or blue blood vessels that appear close to the skin's surface and resemble a spider.

Sperm Motility -- The ability of sperm to swim. Poor motility means the sperm have a difficult time swimming toward their goal -- the egg.

Motility - The ability of sperm to move and progress forward through the reproductive tract and fertilize the egg. Poor motility can affect fertility.

Motility
The quality or state of being motile; such as the forward swimming motion of healthy sperm
Mucus
A viscid slippery secretion that is produced by mucous membranes which it moistens and protects.

Motility
Motion, such as the forward swimming motion of health sperm
Mucus
Secretion from a gland that can be watery, gel-like, stretchy, sticky or dry; fertile mucus is watery and stretchy ...

Motility - motion, such as the forward swimming motion of healthy sperm. The measurement of motion and forward progression of sperm in a semen analysis.

- Motility or motor development - this stage starts when the toddler learns to move about in a spontaneous manner and with or without outside help.

- gastric motility decrease
It can also cause fetal stress which is distress to the baby, leading to vaccum extraction where a suction cap is attached to the baby’s head to enable medical staff in pulling him out.

Intestinal motility - The speed with which food passes through the digestive tract; during pregnancy, increased levels of progesterone can slow that passage, resulting in morning sickness, heartburn and vomiting ...

Sperm count - the number of sperm
Sperm motility - the ability for the sperm to move
Sperm quality - health and vitality of the sperm ...

Sperm motility. This is a measure of the percentage of sperm that can move forward normally. The number of sperm that show normal forward movement in a certain amount of semen can also be measured (motile density).
pH.

menstrual periods Metrodin(Pure FSH) - an injectable drug consisting of pure follicle stimulating hormone used to stimulate ovulation Morphology - the study of form, such as assessing the shape of sperm during semen analysis Motility - ...

Sperm A male reproductive cell. Sperm Morphology The size and shape (form) of an individual sperm. Sperm Motility The ability of sperm to move and swim in a forward direction. STD See Sexually Transmitted Disease.

ASTHENOZOOSPERMIA- Low sperm motility defined as less than 50% of sperm are moving in a semen sample. This condition is considered to be a major cause of infertility if motility is 40% or less.

Semen Analysis: A laboratory test used to assess semen quality: sperm quantity, concentration, morphology (form), and motility.

Semen analysis - Examination of semen under a microscope to assess sperm count, movement (motility), and the size and shape of the sperm.

Marijuana can decrease sperm motility and increase the number of abnormal sperm. Cocaine and opiates can contribute to erectile dysfunction.
Skip the tub.

A complaint that is caused by decreased bowel motility secondary to elevated progesterone (normal in pregnancy), which can lead to greater absorption of water.
Braxton Hicks contractions.

Also known as "cup insemination," this is when the male partner's semen is washed, separated to improve motility, and placed in a cup at the cervix during ovulation.

Gaining weight and some medications help to restore normal intestinal motility.
renal (kidney)
Dehydration often associated with anorexia results in highly concentrated urine.

Motility- the percent of sperm moving when the semen is examined under the microscope. Normal is defined as >50% motile.
Progression - the forward movement of sperm cells.
Viability- the percent of live sperm.

Men are affected with lower sperm count and motility with increased abnormalities in the shape and function of the sperm.

sperm and lower their number and motility. Within three to six
months after quitting smoking, sperm usually return to normal.
Handle stress. Stress is a big factor, although it’s not always possible
to rid our lives of it.

- Sperm motility (movement): This is the proportion of sperm which are moving. Only those with a rapid, forward movement are considered viable. Low sperm motility is called Asthenozoospermia.

HOWEVER if morphology is poorer than average, motility is lower than average or the count is in the low normal range, the cause can usually be found in a lifestyle evaluation. These problems can usually be overcome relatively easily.

Motility studies in pregnant women demonstrate that intestinal transit times increase progressively in each trimester of pregnancy.

It can have significant harmful effects on sperm motility, sperm morphology and erectile function. The effects correlate with the amount smoked, so men who smoke should cut back as much as possible even if they can't completely give up.

187, 192 Weight gain may be mediated by increased nutritional intake 195 and/or through increased vagal activity and gastric motility.

A collection of a semen sample obtained by masturbation that is analyzed in the laboratory for the sperm count, sperm motility, sperm shape, quantity, and evaluation of the ejaculate liquid may be recommended.

Unfortunately, three decades of research have shown that most vaginal lubricants cause rapid losses in sperm motility and viability, equivalent to contraceptive gels.

This is the number of sperm that are normal by strict criteria and possess rapid progressive motility. In other words, this is how many sperm in the sample are capable of fertilizing an egg.

Intra uterine insemination, or artificial insemination, is a procedure that is used by couples that have unexplained fertility problems, or in instances where the male partner does not have a high sperm count or his sperm does not have good motility.

Try to reduce your daily caffeine intake. Keep in mind that tea, iced tea, chocolate and some carbonated drinks also contain caffeine. In men, caffeine has been shown to decrease sperm motility, decreasing fertility.

This makes the transport of both egg and sperm easier. It also helps to increase sperm counts, motility, healthy morphology and the number of effective, fertile sperm. Three capsules, ½ teaspoon oil, or two tablespoons wheat germ is the usual dose.

gastrointestinal (stomach and intestines)
Normal movement in intestinal tract often slows down with very restricted eating and severe weight loss. Gaining weight and some medications help to restore normal intestinal motility.

Male factors include low sperm count, low motility or movement of sperm, or other conditions that make it more difficult for the sperm to fertilize the woman's egg naturally.
