Multigravida: A woman who has previously been pregnant.
Multipara: A woman who has previously had one or more babies.
Multiple birth: When a woman delivers more than one baby.

Multigravida = a woman who has been pregnant more than once
Primipara = a woman who has delivered one baby
Multipara = a woman who has delivered two or more babies ...

Multigravida
The name given to a woman who is pregnant for the third or more time.
Multipara
The name given to a woman who has had two or more pregnancies ending in birth regardless if the babies were alive at birth.

Multigravida: A woman pregnant with her second or subsequent child.
Multipara (multip): A woman who has given birth to her second or subsequent child.

Multigravida - A woman who has been pregnant more than once.
Multipara - A woman that has completed two or more pregnancies in which each fetus has reached the stage of viability regardless of whether the infant was a live or still birth.

Multip / Multigravida: A woman pregnant for the second or subsequent time.
Neonatologist: A doctor who specialises in the care of newborn infants.
NICU: Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.

White multigravidas who had epidurals were nine times more likely to have an instrumental delivery than white multigravidas who did not. OP presentations were found in 27% of those with epidurals versus 8% of controls.

Medically, women who have never been pregnant are referred to as "nulliparous" ("gravida 0, para 0"),[2], during a first pregnancy as a "primigravida" ("gravida 1, para 0") and in subsequent pregnanies as "multigravida" or "multiparous".
