Placentamegaly: Abnormally large growth of the placenta possibly due to syphilis infection or when the mother produces antibodies that attack the developing baby’s red blood cells

Premature baby: Baby born before 38 weeks.
Placentamegaly - A condition in which the placenta grows at an abnormal rate and size during pregnancy. This condition is associated with fetal abnormalities such as Beckwith-Wiedemann syndrome.
