fetal presentation
This describes the position of the baby - such as feet down (breech) or head down (vertex) - inside a woman's uterus.

Breech Presentation: This is where the baby lies with buttocks and / or legs at the lower end of the uterus.

Cervix: The lower portion of the uterus which extends into the vagina.
