Split Ejaculate -- A method used to concentrate the sperm for insemination; separating the semen into two portions: the first portion of the ejaculate, which is rich in sperm, and the second portion, which contains mostly seminal fluid.
Split Ejaculate
A method of collecting a semen specimen so that the first portion of the ejaculate is caught in one container and the rest in a second container. In most men the first specimen will contain the vast majority of the sperm.
Split Ejaculate - A common collection method during a semen analysis in which a man is asked to collect the first few spurts of ejaculate in one container and the rest in a separate container.
