ABC Agreement

An ABC agreement typically provides for three privileges that come with the purchase of the seats. First, the firm may choose to transfer the seat to another employee of the organization.

ABC Wave
A term used in Elliott Wave that describes a simple correction after a trending move. It is comprised of three-wave (waves A, B and C) forming a corrective or countertrend price movement.

ABC corrections often subdivide into a five-wave impulse sequence in the final C wave. Entering the market on the completion of the fifth minor impulse wave of the C wave of an intermediate ABC correction can be very precise timing technique.
