Bargain could mean some of the following:
The process whereby buyer and seller agree the price of goods or services.
An agreement to exchange goods at a price.
Such an agreement where one of the parties thinks the price is very favourable.

Bargain elements are understood to involve the difference between the stock option strike price and the market price of the corresponding underlying stock.

Wave 3
This is usually the longest and strongest wave. The stock has caught the attention of the mass public.

With bearish sentiment still rampant the next decline threatens to push the stock to fresh new lows but as the decline begins volume slows further and the bargain-hunters become more enthusiastic.

Attempts to push higher are quickly met by selling, while dips are seen as bargains. Each new lower top and higher bottom becomes more shallow than the last, taking on the shape of a sideways triangle.

While auctions are essentially mechanisms, bargaining is often the only choice in complex cases or those cases where no choice of partners is given. Bargaining is a hard, error-prone, ambiguous task often performed under time pressure.

The Buyers, attractive by cheap bargain prices, start to buy and this is a source of huge volume. The stronger the decline and the stronger the panic - the stronger the volume surge that can be expected.

We're all looking for a bargain, so anything that seems "cheap" can easily draw our attention.

Then you should stop the bargains only in the direction of the tendency. If ADX goes down, the tendency is rather doubtful. In this case signs submitted by such oscillators as RSI and Momentum become quite significant.

Metrics such as price/earnings ratio and dividend yield on the S&P 500 index, a commonly used proxy for the U.S. stock market, are hardly at bargain levels.

Following the surge, which uses up a lot of selling power, the number of those sellers that are still willing to "keep giving away" shares at low ("bargain") prices becomes exhausted.

Low price/book and low price/earnings ratios and a high dividend yield can be signs that an undervalued stock should be trading at a higher price than actually is. But not all cheap stocks are necessarily bargain stocks...
