Financial statements produced when one company, a parent, owns 50 percent or more of another company, which is its subsidiary.

 


Consolidated Tape
The "consolidated tape" is a high-speed, electronic system that constantly reports the latest price and volume data on sales of exchange-listed stocks.

The Consolidated Fund is the British government's central bank account, held at the Bank of England.

Consolidated tax returns are a means of allowing corporations that are all part of an affiliated group to file one return for the annual period, rather than each entity filing a separate tax return.
