The dirty price of a bond represents the value of a bond, exclusive of any commissions or fees. The dirty price is also called the "full price" or the "all in price."

Dirty price: The dirty price is the total amount you pay when you purchase a bond. It is the clean price of the bond plus any interest that has accrued since the last coupon payment date.

The price for bonds ignores this element and quotes the price of bonds without accrued interest - it's said to be a 'clean price' as opposed to a 'dirty price', which includes accrued interest.
