Dual Listing - a dual listing is when a security is traded on more then one exchange. Securities have to be registered, and usually are sold on one exchange however in some cases a Dual Listing I used.

Let's assume Company XYZ is a Canadian public company that lists its shares on the Toronto Stock Exchange.

Many companies make quarterly announcements, as companies in the US and many other countries are required to. Unsurprisingly, UK listed companies that also have a secondary or dual listing in a country that requires quarterly announcements.
