A debt issue whose repayment has already been provided for in some manner. One example of funded debt is a bond issue that has a sinking fund, which is a fund to which regular payments are made.

Funded debt
Debt maturing after more than one year.
Funded Liability
A source of funds that a firm must take overt action to arrange and that carries an interest cost.

They are also referred to as funded debt. The firms are obliged to disclose their long-term obligations on the balance sheet, including the corresponding interest rates and the date of maturity.
