What do the on neck line pattern and in neck line candlestick patterns indicate is occurring in the markets?

Description
The In Neck pattern is almost a Meeting Line pattern. I t has the same description as the On Neck pattern except that it closes at or slightly above the previous day's close. Confirmation is suggested.

Bullish In Neck Line
Bullish In Neck Line is a two candlestick continuation pattern that occurs during a uptrend. The first candlestick is long bodied and white.

In Neck Line
Continuation Candlestick Patterns #4 - In Neck Line - This is exactly like the on neck line except for the fact that is closes at or slightly above the previous days close.

Both the bullish in neck line and on neck line candlestick patterns appear to be a reversal of the trend. However, they only rarely signal a change in direction.
