Indicative Quote
A quote whose price and volume are not guaranteed. That is, market participants are not obliged to deal at the displayed prices or volumes, when their quotes are indicative.

Good trading software will show live prices that you can actually trade at, not just indicative quotes. It will offer Limit and Stop orders, and ideally will let you attach these to your entry order.
A quote that is non-firm. All quotes displayed by Market Makers in OTCBB issues are required to be firm, with the exception of DPPs which are limited to indicative quotes only.
