The "Fed model" is a theory of equity valuation used by some security analysts that hypothesizes a relationship between long-term treasury notes and the expected return on equities.

Model requires a beginning signal assumption, so we assumed that all funds tested would begin on a BUY Signal. Open and closing prices for each signal were assumed to be the closing NAV on the day the signal was generated.

The model takes factors like risk, time, volatility, strike price and the underlying share price into account to come up with a fair, realistic value for options.

This model will require unequal achievement at different size position levels.

Profit models exist as a way of helping any business concern achieve a state where there is money left after all expenses are paid. In short, there is profit made from the business venture.

Relative Model - specify an asset's value by comparing it to similar assets. A common relative model comparison tool is a security's P/E ratio.
Absolute Value Model - compares the futures earning potential against the security's current market value.

FOUR PERCENT MODEL
Overview
The Four Percent Model is a stock market timing tool based on the percent change of the weekly close of the (geometric) Value Line Composite Index.

Four Percent Model is one of forex technical indicator used in forex technical analysis. This Four Percent Model Indicator was used to measure and analyze market timing tool utilizing the weekly close of the Value Line Composite Index.

Using trading models is not easy. In fact, they can be quite difficult. They require that the trader examine many economic reports very closely. Getting the figures is not enough when using these models.

Black-Scholes is a way of modeling stock prices. The Black-Scholes model focuses on the current stock price and the volatility of the stock price to determine the likelihood of future price moves.
