Pertaining to a long indefinite period of time.
Security Selection Ratio
The percentage of trades in a given account that liquidate profitably.
Secular Trend: a very long-term trend.
Sell Side Analyst: an analyst employed by a brokerage house such as Merrill Lynch.
Secular Trend: The trend that encompasses two or more cyclical trends or two or more economic cycles and often last 10 to 20 years or longer.
