Sell short when CCI falls below -100%
Selling short means that you are selling stock that you have borrowed with the expectation that price will fall.

Sell Short Stop: A conditional order that is placed below the current price to borrow stock from the broker and sell it. The sell short stop is triggered when the price falls to the stop level and it is subject to the SEC's uptick rule.

Sell stop: An order to sell a stock if the price falls to or below a specified price. It is often called a "stop loss" order.
