Series (U.S. currency)
On U.S. currency, the series refers to the year appearing on the front of a bill, indicating the year that the bill's design was adopted. The series year does not indicate the year a bill was printed.

Overview
The Time Series Forecast indicator displays the statistical trend of a security's price over a specified time period. The trend is based on linear regression analysis.

Time Series Forecast (TSF)
TSF, the Time Series Forecast indicator, consists of linear regression measurements using the Least Squares method. Linear regression is a statistical tool for forecasting future Forex market values comparing to past values.

Description
The Time Series Forecast indicator is based on the trend of a security's price over a specified time period. The trend is determined by calculating a linear regression trendline using the "least squares fit" method.

Option Series
All options of the same class having the same exercise/strike price and expiration date.

SERIES OF BONDS - Bonds of an issue sharing the same lien on revenues and other basic characteristics.  A series of bonds may consist of serial bonds, term bonds or both.  An issue of bonds can consist of one or more series of bonds.
