Stock market Stick SandwichStochastic

STIX
STIX is a short-term trading oscillator which helps to determine the momentum of the market. It compares the volume flowing into growing and falling stocks, as said in the Polymetric Report.

The STIX (an acronym of Short Term IndeX) is a short-term market momentum indicator. It is calculated by taking a 21 period exponential moving average of the Advance/Decline ratio.

The STIX indicator is yet another short term oscillator that compares the volume flowing into advancing and declining stocks. STIX trading ranges generally stay between +42 and +58, meaning that the indicator does not generate signals very often.

STIX usually ranges between +42 and +58.
If STIX gets as low as 45, the market is almost always a buy, except in a raging bear market.
