The Spanish term for "semisweet".
ABSTEME
A person who does not drink wine. Also known as a teetotaler.
At this point the producer decides whether to leave it "natural" or to sweeten it by adding a small quantity of concentrated Pedro Ximénez juice, as well as Muscatel, therefore obtaining a demi-sec oloroso (abocados).
