Full-Bodied: Fills the mouth. Opposite of 'thin-bodied.'
Graceful: Describes a wine that is subtly harmonious and pleasing.
Neutral: Describes a wine without outstanding characteristics, good or bad.

Full-bodied: A term relating to the body or mouth-filling capacity of a wine. Additionally, it applies to wines that are robust, intensively flavored, and comparatively high in sugar, or alcohol content.

I was in a Malbec state of mind. I wanted something simple and red, a big dark red, to go with some red meat, more specifically, a burger, grilled.

Full-bodied but lacking in acidity and therefore also lacking in finesse.

Lighter bodied reds or whites may taste a bit harsh, a condition known as 'bottle stink,' but this clears up after about 15 minutes of aeration.

Medium, medium-bodied
As the name implies, a wine that's neither light-bodied nor heavy-bodied. Because of its middle-of-the-road status, this is rarely worth mentioning in a tasting note.

Body: 'Full-bodied' describes a wine with fullness of flavour in the mouth; conversely, 'light-bodied' means the opposite.

It has to deal with the surface tension and other technical stuff; but a look at the legs will give you tips on the wine's nature: in a dry wine, slow falling legs indicate a full-bodied-wine; quick-falling indicate a light wine.

In general, wines with higher alcohol percentages are more full-bodied. Botrytis cinerea fungus which causes gray rot in grapes and stimulates production of resveratrol.
