BOUVIER: Minor native grape grown in Austria. Produces soft, fragrant white wines.

Nowadays, only four grape varieties are officially approved for use in wines bearing the Tokaj name: Furmint, Hárslevelű (Slovak: Lipovina), Yellow Muscat (Hungarian: Sárgamuskotály, Slovak: Ĺ˝ltĂ˝ muškát) and Zéta, a crossing of Furmint and Bouvier.

The main grape used for the production of this wine is Furmint to which is usually added Hárslevelü and Muscat Lunel, and since about ten years, the Orémus grape is added as well, a crossing between Furmint and Bouvier.
