Careful pruning and vineyard attention though can produce spectacular, long-lived wines with zesty acidity and notes of honeysuckle, melon, quince, cantaloupe, flint, straw and hay.

Muscadet (Moos-cah-day) - A light, dry Loire white wine made from a grape of the same name (alternatively named Melon ("May-lawN"), sometimes showing a light musky or cantaloupe quality.

MUSCADET
A light, dry, French white wine made from grapes of the same name, sometimes said to have a slightly musky, cantaloupe quality and typically served with seafood.
