CATARRATO BIANCO: White wine grape native to Sicily where it is found widely grown along the western coast.
Inzolia is planted extensively on the west coast of Sicily where it is made into a wine commonly blended with the Grillo and Catarrato Bianco grape wines in order to create the famous dry and sweet "Marsala" white wines of historical significance.
