First of all, it's a great citrus fruit wine with a high level acidity. You can pair this wine with many types of foods, or you can enjoy a glass or two on its own.
"Must" can also be applied to fruit winemaking; it refers to the gloppy pulp/skin mixture to which the yeast are added, essentially the winemaker's raw material.
