Hárslevelü white wine grape that is the secondary component, after Furmint to Tokay Aszú.
HÁRSLEVELÜ: Has many synonym names (see Geilweilerhof database in Foreword above). V.vinifera cultivar traditional to the Debrö region of Hungary. Ripens late, but before Furmint, on large clusters of fairly loose, pale yellow, thick skinned berries.
(Redirected from Hárslevelü) Hárslevelű (in Hungarian), also called Lipovina (in Slovak), Lindenblättriger (in German) and Feuille de Tilleul (in French) is a grape variety from the Pontian Balcanica branch of vitis vinifera.
In this region, besides the famous sweet wine, is also produced white dry wine mainly with Furmint, Hárslevelü and Muscat Lunel grapes, the same used for Aszú.
