Organic Wine is One Ball of Confusion
Organic as a concept applied to wine can be separated into two separate elements-organic viticulture and organic wine production.

Organic Wine: Wine processed from grapes free of chemical pesticides or fertilizers.
Oxidation: Generally occurs in young and fruity white wine and turns them flat and brown in color, common in homemade wine.

Organic Wine
Usually refers to wines produced from grapes grown without the use of synthesized fertilizers, herbicides or pesticides. Sulfur is still used in the fermentation process, but in minimal amounts.
