Tasting term synonym for floral.
pH
Acronym for "potential hydrogen", pH is a measure of the acidity of a wine. A low pH means a high acidity.

 


Perfumed: Describes the strong, usually sweet and floral aromas of some white wines.

Perfumed: Refers to a delicate bouquet.
Smoky: Describes a subtle wood-smoke aroma.
Spicy: Describes the presence of spice flavours such as anise, cinnamon, cloves, mint and pepper, often present in complex wines.
