With all due respect, my long departed father Frank, used to make some pretty awful plonk.

On the whole, whether considering the en vrac sales of cheap plonk in the past, or the brilliant quality wines that are available today, the Languedoc is red wine country. But here, in Limoux, we have something starkly different.
