Qualitätswein mit Prädikat usually abbreviated to QmP is the level in the German wine classification to which almost all quality German wines belong.

Most wines exported from Germany will be of Qualitätswein mit Prädikat (QmP) quality, which from the 2007 vintage has been shortened to Prädikatswein, and this is the top classification level.

Wines belonging to the categories Qualitätswein bestimmter Anbaugebiete, or QbA, and Qualitätswein mit Prädikat, or QmP, must come from one of the 13 German areas of denomination.

Wines of the highest category, Qualitätswein mit Prädikat (QmP; "quality wine with special attributes"), must come from specific districts and be fermented from their natural sugar.

Entry-level German wines are labeled QbA (Qualitätswein bestimmter Anbaugebiete), meaning a quality wine that has enough character to taste like its growing area. The best rieslings are labeled QmP (Qualitätswein mit Prädikat), ...
