Ripeness. It is exceptional when a vinegrower manages to harvest when all his grapes are perfectly mature. Perfect ripeness is quiet unusual.
Robust. Means full-bodied, intense and vigorous, possibly a bit overblown.

Sugar ripeness
When the grapes reach a certain sugar concentration, sufficient for alcoholic fermentation and meeting the demands of the winemaker, this is sugar ripeness.

Sugar ripeness
This term is used in winemaking when the grapes reach a sufficient level of sugar for processing the alcoholic fermentation.
Sturdy
Tasting term used to describe a vigorous or robust wine.

Also ripeness - or better to say, the overripeness - of the grape plays an important role in the final result, as this natural process gives the increasing of sugar and the exaltation of "ripe" aromas, while diminishing acidity.
