Sacy is a white wine grape grown primarily in the northeast of France within the Yonne department.

White type of vine, cultivated in Yonne and to combine it, giving a very fresh and dry wine.
SAIGNÉE (BLEEDING) ...

TRESALLIER: (aka Sacy de Lyon). White-wine grape unique to the Saint Pourcain region of France. Mainly used as 50% of an unusual blend that also includes Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and Aligoté wines.

These "successful" crosses included Chardonnay and siblings such as Aligoté, Aubin Vert, Auxerrois, Bachet noir, Beaunoir, Franc Noir de la-Haute-Saõne, Gamay Blanc Gloriod, Gamay noir, Melon, Knipperlé, Peurion, Roublot, Sacy and Dameron.
