VERDUZZO: Ancient indigenous grape variety found in the N.E. regions of Italy.

VERDUZZO:
Minor grape grown in Fruili-Venezia-Giulia region of Italy. Used to produce sweet sparkling and also dry white wines with fragrant aroma.

The production of sweet wines is pretty interesting thanks - in particular - to the use of autochthonous grapes and authentic rarities in the worldwide enological scene, such as Verduzzo Friulano and the rare Picolit.
