The Accomplished or Adept Pose In Sanskrit the word siddha means accomplished or adept. Siddha-asana requires less flexibility of the legs than the padma-asana yet it facilitates relaxation, concentration and ultimately, meditation.

In these practices you don't even have to close your eyes; you do not even have to maintain steadiness constantly in the lotus or the adept pose. There are about seventeen to twenty practices which you should follow in sequence.
