AGNISAR DHOUTI
Introduction :
Dhouti is a word made up of Sanskrit verb "Dhoo" which means to wash. The process of such cleaning is Dhouti Kriya.

Stage II: Agnisara

After the manipura chakra is washed thoroughly and opened (after nauli kriya and agnisara dhauti are mastered) then the pranayama practices are easily accomplished.

Bhastrika was practised for a few days and later we introduced agnisar without the bhastrika.

They improve the digestive system. Agnisara Kriya, Uddiyana Bandha and Mayurasana also help digestion and give good appetite. Ardha-matsyendrasana is good for appetite. Ardha-matsyendrasana is good for the liver and the spleen.
