Antar Kumbhaka It is ceasing of breath when the inhalation (or Poorak) is complete and the lungs are filled up with air.

Kumbhaka performed after Pooraka is known as " Abhyantar Kumbhaka " ( Internal Kumbhaka ) and Kumbhaka performed after Rechaka is known as " Bahya Kumbhaka " ( External Kumbhaka ).

Antar kumbhaka means holding the breath after inspiration of air, and kevala kumbhaka or sahaja kumbhaka implies holding the breath with no particular state of respiration in consideration.
