Ardha Mandalasana
Start from a kneeling position.
1 - Sweep your right hand overhead and to the left, shifting your weight toward your left as you press your left shin downward, allowing the left hand to drop toward the earth.

 


One place where additional asanas are often added is the Lunge Pose (Ardha Mandalasana).

This asana is also known as Ardha Mandalasana , or Have Circle Pose.
