Bharatavarsha

Yoga BharatBhastrika

Bharatavarsa (Bharatavarsha) India.
Bharati see Mahi.
bhargah savitur devasya yo no dhiyah pracodayat [the power and light of the divine Sun (Savitr) ... which should impel our thoughts]. [cf. RV 3.62.10] ...

Traditions of Bharatavarsha, the original India
What makes this land called Bharatavarsha unique is that here not just one or two tribes or people practise and have knowledge of the most ancient traditions known and handed down to man.

BHARATAVARSHA: India.
BHAVA(NA): Feeling; mental attitude.
BHAYANAKA-SABDA: A fear inducing sound.
BHOGI: Enjoyer.
BHUMA: The Unconditioned, the Great Infinite, Brahman.
BHUTA-SIDDHI: A psychic power by which mastery is gained over the elements.

This is the message of Bharatavarsha, the message of India's culture, the message of true spirituality, and the message of Gurudev Swami Sivanandaji Maharaj, the message of all the mystics, saints and sages of the world. God bless you all! ...

Some other traditions feel that his being born in Bharatavarsha - the part of the ancient world corresponding to South Asia - is beneath his godlike status, and that he must have been born in the Jambudvipa, the mythical center of the universe.
